We have been "gazing at the water's edge" and waiting for the progress of EPCOT's "Water Journey". In just a few days, the situation has changed quite significantly since our last visit. Let's see!

From the Walt Disney World Monorail, we can see some tents and what looks like a picnic table, a short walk from the ocean with Nemo and friends, and may be a resting area for construction workers.

Close to World Celebration, wall panels have been erected, marking the outline of the future structure.

Although paving is unlikely in the near future, the dirt on the path behind it has been removed.

When we move further south, we can see the concrete base where the panel is located.

As we mentioned last time, the rectangular structure on the right side of the wall has concrete added to the top and bottom, but the middle is still exposed.

Construction vehicles have a narrow path between various parts of the site, as evidenced by the orange obstacles.

Beside this path, a deep trench was dug, indicating that the next structure is preparing to rise.

An excavator stopped by the ditch, digging more soil, and preparing for this new product in the world's nature.

Upon completion, the Moana-inspired water tour will provide children-friendly water features in a lush natural environment. It was originally expected to open this year, but it seems more likely to welcome guests in 2022.
